On the occasion of the honouring of the Styrian expedition pioneer Hanns Schell by the Paul Preuss Society, the film “Four Styrians on Nanga Parbat” will be shown out of competition. The film documents the expedition led by Hanns Schell to the southwest ridge of the King of the Mountains. A contemporary document that shows moving pictures up to the summit of the 8,000-metre giant for the first time.
