Why does Mountainfilm Graz process your data
When you subscribe for our Film Festival on our website form, we use your given data to process your registration and to carry out all the necessary steps to complete the process. We will send you all necessary information about the Festival and the admission procedure via an e-mail sender. If your project will be presented at the Festival, we will promote your film by mailing, on our homepage www.mountainfilm.com on

using film clips (trailer, photos) and stating your name. If you visit the festival and/or win a prize in one of the four categories, we reserve the right to publish the photos showing you at the festival or at the award ceremony on the above mentioned channels.
Data Transfer and Period of Data Retention:
We will not transfer your data to uninvolved third parties. Our E-mails are sent by a mail service, the post is sent by a postal service. Our website host transmits your application form to us. Invoices received by us (and the data specified therein) can be forwarded to official funding agencies in order to prove their utilisation, and to our accountant, for legal processing.
In all these cases, we only use those of your data that are necessary and we store them as long as prescribed by the respective laws. In addition, we file the participants’ data for Festival Documentation as well as for future contacts with you, until cancelled by you.
We have concluded legal contracts with our data processors in order to protect your data privacy.

You can cancel your agreement hereto at any time per email (unsubscribe) or per letter (contact data below). You can contact us by telephone from Thursday, 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. as well.
