Kayak legend Olaf Obsommer has gathered the cream of the international kayaking scene around him: his planned project won’t succeed without exceptional expertise. During the monsoon season, he and his team will head to the roof of the world to explore the wild rivers there. In the remote east of Tibet, the group of nine repeatedly struggles with appalling road conditions, perilous landslides and the whims of the Chinese police. Against all odds, the extreme athletes finally succeed in navigating the spectacular rapids in their kayaks.
