This film shows the fascinating relationships in the Costa Rican wilderness. Each year, thousands of olive ridley sea turtles come to lay their eggs on a remote beach on the Pacific coast. But the reptiles are in peril as a feared hunter approaches from the adjacent tropical dry forest: the jaguar. Though the big cats have an easy time with the turtles, which are slow on land, they also keep smaller hunters at bay. Other species help themselves to the leftovers of the jaguarโs feast.
