Snow up to your waist, perilous ice, barely passable roads, and sometimes no roads at all: Getting about in the chilly Kyrgyz winter is anything but easy. And yet, the 22-year-old doctor Myizambek has set up practice here – in a place in whose inhospitable climate and rough terrain no other doctor agreed to work.
